This project explored how AI could fundamentally change the way businesses create and send email campaigns. The platform was designed to help growing teams move beyond slow, generic newsletters and into a system where personalization, speed, and insight are built in by default.
The goal was simple: make high-quality, relevant email marketing achievable at scale without increasing effort.

The work began with conversations with marketers and small business teams to understand how they build and manage campaigns. I used AI tools to create early prototypes, quickly exploring different layouts and workflows before committing to final designs. Based on user needs and technical constraints, features were prioritized for an MVP that focused on the core flows required to launch, test and learn.
